Area description:
The team is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Travel Tools and the Support provided to the final users. Our deep knowledge of the Tools’ settings allows us to take decisions to modify the configuration according to the needs or to report issues.
Project description:
Internship would have the opportunity to understand Cytric (our main Online Booking Tool) configuration in depth as she/he will be certified in the tool in order to provide support to the global team by opening service requests or issue cases, answering questions to the users and testing scenarios when needed. As well the candidate will acquire huge experience in Customer Service, change management, etc.
Accountabilities:
The internship will work hand on hand with the Manager of the area who will delegate tasks as per the evolution of the candidate. She/he will be in charge of directly opening the cases, following them up and testing the results, among others. Also, she/he will participate in all the products related calls to be updated in any new feature or functionality to be released.

Requirements:
Fluent English both oral and written is a must (fluent Spanish appreciated), experience in Travel Industry, Microsoft Tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), attention to detail, communication skills, curiosity about technology.
