Position: Commercial Logistics Iberia Trainee

Join a high-impact initiative in Fuel, Supply & Midstream (FS&M), where you'll support change management in organizational transformation and outsourcing processes. This role will help transfer logistics planning and administrative management from our Krakow team to a new center in Budapest.
You’ll have real ownership over elements such as:

• Monitoring progress against targets, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.

• Coordinating training schedules across diverse teams.

• Facilitating knowledge transfer for seamless process adoption.

• Assisting Project Manager and Transport Coordinators to maintain business continuity.

• Tracking KPIs throughout the change implementation phase.

• Collaborating on internal communication to ensure all stakeholders are engaged.

🔍 Who We're Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in: Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Studies, or related fields.

• A proactive mindset, a passion for learning, and openness to challenges.

• Interest in sustainability, innovation, and working within diverse teams.

• English at intermediate to advanced level.

• Bonus: familiarity with administrative processes in fuel industry and basic transport/logistics concepts.
