Outpayce, a fintech subsidiary of Amadeus, is leading the Orion Project, which began with the company’s foundation and EMI license acquisition, and now focuses on delivering a virtual card solution for Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
The OPM (Organizational Project Management) department manages Outpayce’s most strategic and complex programs, aimed at driving growth and onboarding major clients in the travel industry.

🎯 Learning Objectives

This internship offers the student the opportunity to apply and strengthen key topics from the Master’s in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation:

  • Adaptive Management Strategies – Learn how to create and adapt work plans in a fast-changing environment.

  • Business Innovation – Contribute to the development of an innovative virtual card solution for OTAs.

  • Change and Productivity Management – Participate in a multi-team, multi-site program that impacts company strategy.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use project controls (risks, issues, dependencies, cost, scope) for strategic oversight.

  • Process Optimization – Collaborate on documentation, quality assurance and project planning processes.

📌 Learning Activities

Under supervision, the intern will:

  • Create and adjust work plans based on evolving needs.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Orion Project.

  • Learn to monitor project controls: risks, issues, dependencies.

  • Help prepare core documents: Project Management Plan, schedules, scopes.

  • Contribute to meeting organization: steering committees, project status reviews.

  • Participate in internal communications and quality assurance sessions.

👤 Candidate Profile

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar (or final-year student).

Key Skills:

  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Proactive attitude and organizational skills
