Position: Customers & Products – Aviation Operations & Digital Transformation Trainee (Iberia)

Join the Customers & Products (C&P) Aviation team at bp and gain real-world experience supporting digital transformation and operational excellence projects across Spain and Portugal. As part of the Operational and Technical Services unit, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic work environment where aviation meets sustainability and innovation.

Through this hands-on internship, you will:

• Support the digitalization of operational archives and technical documentation.

• Collaborate on asset management processes, including data verification and system integration.

• Assist in implementing a new SharePoint environment—contributing to content migration, testing, and user onboarding.

• Prepare and structure technical documentation for Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), particularly for operations in Portugal.

• Analyze historical data to support compliance with new RefuelEU regulations.

• Explore automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate and Power BI.

• Contribute to the development of templates and reports for recurring operational activities.

• Work cross-functionally to support General Aviation initiatives and business development efforts.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Aeronautical, or similar fields).

• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Interest in sustainability, aviation, and digital transformation.

• Fluency in English (C1/C2) is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly valued.
