Position: Customers & Products – Castrol Workshop Trainee (Iberia)

🌟 What We Offer

Join the Customers & Products (C&P) Castrol Workshop team at bp and gain hands-on experience in sales support, market analysis, and customer engagement across Spain and Portugal. As part of this dynamic department, you’ll explore how a global energy company brings products and services to market while driving sustainability and innovation.

Through this internship, you will:

  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for distributors and key market players.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conduct market research and analyze sales data.

  • Learn how to create and evolve sales reports to track performance.

  • Analyze target markets (PCO, CVO, MCO) across Spain and Portugal.

  • Follow up on competitor activities and contribute to reporting.

  • Explore portfolio analysis to detect deviations and propose improvement actions.

  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Gain insights into sales forecasting processes and support optimization.

  • Learn about customer and vendor onboarding in bp’s internal systems.

  • Provide occasional support to the Iberia Retail team, with exposure to major clients such as Amazon or Mobivia Groupe.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

  • Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

  • Strong interest in sustainability, innovation, and teamwork.

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2–C1).

  • Knowledge of Portuguese and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word will be highly valued.
