The role you would be playing

Support the team in the daily job activities:

• Drafting and complex commercial contracts with third parties / service providers across civil and common law jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to internal requirements and legal & regulatory compliances.
• Performing contract review, identify typical deviations and provide/negotiate alternatives.
• Provide support to drafting and updating the contract templates, guidelines, playbooks.
• Maintain the contracts repositories up to date and make sure that any new contract is properly uploaded. 
• Be able to work with senior business stakeholders to advise on a broad range of corporate.

Support due diligence activities and other ad hoc legal projects.

Perform legal research activities and respond to queries related to contractual documents.

Monitor contractual lifecycle and obligations of all parties and provides continuous review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met in a timely fashion

Contribute to the company sustainability objectives. The company is committed to doing business ethically, transparently and with integrity and maintaining standards of sustainability. The candidate needs to engage with suppliers to commit and comply with the sustainability targets.
