To fulfil the Technology requirements of IoT, Vodafone Group has developed its own IoT Connectivity Management Platform. We are looking for a Software Engineer in Testing Trainee! This is an excellent opportunity. Every day you will be learning something new from your peers and by doing.
As a Software Engineer in Testing Trainee, you´ll have the opportunity to learn and apply your knowledge by designing and develop test automation platforms/frameworks, integration tests, and testing of deliverables against user and technical story acceptance criteria.
Ideally you have the following skills:
- DevOps-tooling such as CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Github), infrastructure-as-code approaches, and associated programming languages (e.g., Terraform),
- Object-oriented programming (Java)
- Scripting (Python)
- Various databases (SQL and non-SQL)
- Test Automation: BDD, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Junit
- REST and SOAP API
- Communicate in English to connect with the community of engineers and developers
- Strong team spirit and high passion for Tech
