Position: M&C Commercial Development / Network Planning Trainee

Key learning opportunities:

• Analyze and optimize the station network by gathering data from real estate, convenience, electric mobility, and other sources.

• Utilize tools like Geoblink and Geopoint for spatial analysis, evaluating market potential and trade area conditions.

• Collaborate with sales teams and project managers to verify and enrich data inputs.

• Develop Excel models to classify service stations based on services, structure, and market indicators.

• Compare and reconcile system data (e.g., Power BI) to identify performance discrepancies.

• Update models and databases with newly launched stations and evolving business metrics.

• Support contract renewal processes through internal economic assessments.

• Track key KPIs related to network changes: openings, closures, and format shifts.

• Participate in process automation using tools like Power Automate.

• Contribute to platform migration for document approvals using DocuSign.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Economics or related fields.

• A proactive, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Motivation to work in innovation, sustainability, and multifunctional teams.

• Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1).

• Bonus: Advanced Excel skills (modeling, formula creation) are highly valued.
