The Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation program of the Camilo José Cela University is developed with the aim of offering young talent the opportunity to complete their university education in areas and skills demanded in the business world and allow them, thus, become more competitive profiles in their professional future.

Always with this goal in mind, the company and the University-Business Foundation announce a set of scholarships so that young people can expand their studies towards areas such as data-based technologies or agile methodologies, thanks to the study of Higher Education in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation from the Camilo José Cela University.

The Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation program of the Camilo José Cela University is aimed at young people who are between 20 and 30 years old, at the date of publication of the program announcement, and who are studying or have completed a university degree.

The objective of the program is that the young person has the opportunity to train in skills such as communication, organization or leadership and complement them with new knowledge in technology and digital transformation and Agile in a real professional environment.

Program features:

  • Study aid grant: A minimum amount of €500 gross per month, depending on the city of destination and the day.
  • Duration: The scholarship may last 6 or 12 months depending on the proposed Training Plan
  • Hours: Full time, according to company hours.
  • Company certification.

Academic training

The Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation program of the Camilo José Cela University combines theoretical and practical training through the different subjects of the study of Higher Training in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation. It is a Training Program that seeks to promote the development of transversal skills necessary within the professional world, with special emphasis on those that complement the previous training of the scholarship holders.


Learning to identify and manage emotions and the maladaptive responses they generate is especially relevant in uncertain environments such as the current one. To participate in complex projects, a deep understanding of oneself and one's emotions is necessary. Access and interaction in new environments and interpersonal networks put our emotional management system and our capacity for self-regulation to the test. Working on the understanding of said system will favor the student's professional and personal development and their ability to adapt and interrelate in the face of new challenges.

Relationships between equals have been the object of study for centuries due to the existing singularities in terms of opinions, judgments, etc. We live in a time where the participation and contribution of all individuals are necessary factors for success and leadership plays an essential role. We need to improve our understanding of how we make decisions individually and collectively, understand why we make mistakes and how we do it in order to find a point of balance that allows us to achieve the common good.

In a 21st century society, communication becomes the main protagonist. The technological revolution that we have been witnessing for some decades now has only intensified the ways and means of keeping in touch. We are permanently connected and we can interact with the rest of the world in an instant and simple way. Given this scenario, developing solid communication skills is essential to stay afloat.

In recent years the word innovation has become a common currency. In this module we are going to address this concept in depth and we will learn work methodologies used in innovation processes. It will be insisted that to innovate it is not enough to take into account the technological advances of the environment, but it is necessary to provoke an internal change that generates value in the market and benefits all the actors involved.

The term digital transformation is something that we have been hearing in our environment for the last few years. It is a change that is associated with the application of digital technology, data management and the fact that agile adaptation by companies is imminent to meet present and future needs. Digital transformation is no longer an option and we need to move from linear thinking to exponential thinking where a vision of an accelerated future involves working with data.
1 month duration. 5 ECTS credits

The Value Proposal involves carrying out a project in which they must apply and develop the knowledge acquired during the training and will be developed as a team. The topic will be of free choice, but it will have to be framed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and focused on the company. It will be carried out under the supervision of a tutor, who will be responsible for presenting the student with its characteristics, assisting and guiding him in his development, ensuring compliance with the objectives set, assessing it in a timely manner, and authorizing his presentation.

Develop professional skills in a real environment and materialize the knowledge acquired in academic training.

Academic Accreditation

The degree in Higher Education in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation is a University Postgraduate degree from the Camilo José Cela University.

  • The satisfactory completion of the Academic Training Plan and the curricular internship period will give the right to obtain a Specialist Diploma in Agile Organizations and Digital Transformation, issued as an Own Title and a Company Certification.
