Area description:
Team within Group Travel Management (handling the Amadeus Travel Program worldwide) in charge of defining, implementing, launching and following up the Travel Management and Expense reporting strategy for the whole group.
Placement project:
TM&E Power BI worldwide reporting delivery (per Business Units)
TME Reporting
- Support the implementation of Group Travel Management reporting strategy
- Support the ongoing production of Travel Management & Expenses reports.
- Support the ongoing production of Global reports by product and savings.
- Analysis and follow up of Business Travel KPIs.
- Support on dashboards delivery for reporting communication to Amadeus Management and Business Units.
- Analysis of Travel Policy compliance (group and ad-hoc’s) from various business units.
- Support any other reporting needs (by cost center, function, etc.).
- Support and create Travel Expense reports.
- Participate in implementations of new reporting tools such as Business Analytics, Corporate Insights, or any other.
- Perform testing of the new reporting tools.
- Creation and maintenance of Master data tables.
- Extract and analyze Cytric & Cytric INSIGHTS reports
Requirements:
- Computing: Microsoft O365 package
- Languages: Fluent English
- Specific:
- Access, Power BI knowledge is a plus.
