Directorate of Business Development and Stategic Partnerships, Telefonica Open Future --> Management of Strategic Partnerships. 
Objective and mission: Design, implementation and coordination of Telefonica Open Future´s Strategic Alliances Plan, to assure the presence, reach and effectiveness  of the initiative in each of its strategic markets, complementing its value proposition and footprint with those of other partners, scouting for interesting startups worldwide and fostering business development opportunities for Telefónica Open Future portfolio.

Team: Global Head Strategic Partnerships/ Head Strategic Alliances/ Expert I/ Expert II/ Scholar I

Broad knowledge of specific technologies that are transforming corporations and societies (Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, Blockchain). Knowledge of potent innovation ecosystems and relevant partners worldwide. Learning how corporations interact with startups and how external innovation is integrated in a corporation´s value proposition.

Continuos participation in all the activities of the department. Support to the team members in the implementation of ongoing projects, gaining an integral vision of the negotiation,  deployment, management and  implementation of strategic projects with private and public partners.  
-1h weekly coaching by one of the team members.
- 1 h by-weekly coaching with the Global Head of the department.
- Immersion sessions in the global project with meetings during the first week with all the other departments

Support in the coordination of strategic alliances regarding open innovation, joint talent detection, business acceleration and VC investment at an international level with other corporations.  
Support in the coordination of strategic alliances at an international level with government and public entities around open innovation, joint talent detection, business acceleration and VC investment
Active support in the activities related with the European Commission due to the participation of Telefonica Open Future in several EC funded projects and active role in designing and organizing international events where TOF is present (ex, 4YFN, South Summit...)

Good use of Microsoft Office tools (powerpoint and Excel mainly). Knowledge of German will be valued
