🏢 About the Company and the Department

The Pricing team at bp is responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies and driving process optimization across European B2B markets. The team works at the intersection of sales, marketing, and analytics, using advanced tools and data-driven insights to improve profitability and market positioning.
During this internship, you will learn how pricing decisions are made in a complex international environment and contribute to the adoption of innovative solutions.

📚 Learning Objectives – Master’s in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation

This internship will enable you to put into practice the skills acquired during the master’s program:

Adaptive Management Strategies:
Learn to support pricing process redesign, automation, and standardization to increase efficiency and agility in a fast-changing market.

Innovation in Business Operations:
Gain experience with advanced AI-based analytics tools and participate in projects to implement innovative pricing models.

Change Management and Productivity:
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive simplification and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Develop analytical capabilities in Power BI and SAP to interpret market trends and competitor positioning.

Process Optimization:
Contribute to the optimization of pricing workflows and the integration of market insights into decision-making frameworks.

Learning Activities

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will:

🔹 Support the daily setup of pricing and margin strategies by region.
🔹 Assist in adjusting and implementing pricing processes to align with evolving business needs.
🔹 Collaborate on analytics to monitor margin capture and develop market insights.
🔹 Use Power BI and SAP to gather, structure, and visualize pricing data.
🔹 Participate in communication with Sales teams to align pricing strategies with customer needs.
🔹 Learn to influence pricing decisions based on data analysis and market dynamics.

📌 Academic Background:
Recent graduates or final-year students in:

  • Business Administration

  • Related fields
