The role you would be playing

We are seeking a highly motivated and multidiscipline profile to join our team. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data and processes, creating reports and dashboards, supporting IT projects, and providing insights to our clients.

Working in partnership with IAG Tech and the business to:

  • Analyse and interpret data and processes to propose improvement actions
  • Manage infrastructure inventory for On-Prem and Cloud environments
  • Create and maintain documentation for reports and dashboards
  • Support IT business areas in the deployment of new processes and improvement tasks
  • Work together with different providers and internal teams to do a follow-up on busines as usual activities and KPI reviews
