Traning objectives

  • Learn to analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
  • Gain experience in reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Familiarize with monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns.
  • Gain experience in conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
  • Gain experience in research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Familiarize with organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
  • Gain experience in sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Learn to create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Familiarize with resolve business-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Gain experience in coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.

Candidates aptitudes:

  • Open minded, flexible, aggressive, integrity, able to work under pressure in an international team, highly self-motivation.
  • Desirable knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
