  • Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.

The Global Rewards focuses on designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs for employees worldwide.

Project description:

  • Compensation Management
  • Benefits Administration.
  • Equity plans
  • Executive Compensation
  • Recognition Programs.

Accountabilities:

Data analysis, administrative support and project coordination

Learning:

Overall, as an intern in the Global Rewards department, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of rewards management while supporting the team. This role offers valuable exposure to the field of human resources and provides a foundation for future career growth in this area.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, eager to learn and good attitude!

Please note that the duration of the internship will be 6 months and may be extended for a further 6 months.
