The Business Analyst intern will be part of the FOG team, in charge of the cost efficiency programs of the Verisure Group. Under the supervision of the FOG Sales Director, she/he will actively take part in the analysis and follow-up of key cost-efficiency initiatives involving 14 countries of the Verisure Group.

Training Objectives

The person selected would be expected to focus on the following main objectives:

1. Tracking the progress and sizing the savings generated in cost-efficiency initiatives carried out in the different countries
2. Preparation and update of monitoring dashboards
3. Support on correlation analyses to assess the impact of saving initiatives on the local and consolidated P&Ls
4. Communication with country financial and commercial functions to assess local contexts, progress and challenges
5. Support on the preparation of presentations and reports to the different countries, Group management team and shareholders

Qualifications / Requirements

• Current undergraduate student looking for a 12 month placement or recently graduated (less than 2 years of experience).
• Preferred degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, but other backgrounds are welcome.
• Proficiency in Office skills, with Excel and PowerPoint knowledge being a requisite.
• Knowledge of statistical programming language (Python and/or R) will be an asset.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new concepts, tools and processes.
• An outgoing, open personality with a desire to learn and develop.
