🏢 About the Company and Department

Outpayce operates as Amadeus’ fintech branch, focusing on payment solutions for travel businesses worldwide. The Strategy team is dedicated to analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and defining strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

During the internship, the student will be part of the Strategy and Corporate Development area, collaborating on key projects that combine market research, competitive analysis, and the generation of insights to support decision-making processes.

📚 Educational Objectives – Master’s in Productivity, Adaptive Management, and Innovation

The internship experience is aligned with the competencies and content of the Master’s program and will enable the student to:

Adaptive Management Strategies
Learn to identify trends and design initiatives that optimize processes and improve efficiency in the fintech sector.

Business Innovation
Gain firsthand experience in developing innovative strategies to transform payment methods in the travel industry.

Data-Driven Decision Making
Develop skills to interpret complex data, conduct market analysis, and propose evidence-based strategic recommendations.

🔍 Learning Activities

Under the supervision of an assigned mentor, the student will learn to:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support the development of strategic initiatives by collecting and interpreting data.

  • Collaborate on the preparation of presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

  • Participate in cross-functional teamwork to advance strategic projects.

  • Contribute to identifying areas of improvement in internal processes related to business strategy.

🎓 Candidate Profile

📌 Eligible Degrees:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

📌 Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactivity and motivation to learn in dynamic environments.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

📌 Languages and Tools Valued:

  • Advanced English (working proficiency).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

  • Previous experience in consulting, market research, or finance is a plus.
