Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Telco Solutions (TS) develops and delivers infrastructure and software solutions for the Telco Industry. Within HPE TS, our RnD Assurance group builds and evolves Automated Assurance products and solutions for Telco operators. These solutions cover the full Assurance spectrum required on Telco Networks and Services: Intelligence on Analytics of Metrics, Fault Management, Mediation, Correlation, Presentation…

In this context, we are looking for a Technical consultant to join our RnD team and help us to develop software and integrate on Automated Assurance Solutions.

Training objectives:

  • Learn to designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts, tools, and software solutions tailored to Assurance Telco environments, integrating them on top of Automated Assurance Platform

  • Familiarise with gather network and system data from Telco infrastructure and other sources, and use data analysis techniques to identify areas for automation improvement and optimization

  • Gain experience in the testing and validation of automation workflows, ensuring they meet the required quality and performance standards. Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed.

  • Work closely with senior team members to collect and document customer requirements for automation, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs

  • Learn to implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms within automation tools to proactively identify and respond to network or service issues related to Assurance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Telco organization to align automation efforts with overall Telco Assurance goals and objectives.
