Our People Support Services Team is at the heart of ensuring our organization's success by providing essential support and guidance to our employees. We're a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to assisting our colleagues with any questions or challenges they may encounter, particularly related to our HR technology systems, such as Workday.

Our team values strong communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile to support our colleagues. We aim to troubleshoot issues effectively, find solutions to complex problems, and ensure that our colleagues feel supported every step of the way. In addition to our day-to-day support responsibilities, we're also heavily involved in change management and communication initiatives.

We also work closely with the People Technology team getting involved in projects aimed at improving our HR systems and processes. This could expose you to contributing to exciting initiatives that are shaping the future of our organization.

Project Description: 

We are urrently embarking on a transformative exercise to reshape how we provide support in relation to our Human Resources database/employee portal to our employees. As a Trainee on this project, you'll play a role in providing support, troubleshooting issues, and also be involved in change management initiatives and communication efforts, ensuring a smooth transition and stabilization for our team and stakeholders.

Accountabilities 

- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve user issues & eventually provide initial support for Workday-related queries through our ticketing tool.

- Assistance with creating documentation and reporting

- Generate periodic reports on support metrics and user feedback for process improvement

- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other supporting materials for our population or our advisors.

- Assist in the implementation of change management strategies related to Workday updates and enhancements

- Support communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about changes and understand the impact on their processes.

- Participate in the development of training materials and sessions to facilitate user adoption.

The intern within the People Support Services Team offers learning experience in HR technology and customer support. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the Trainee will develop their knowledge in Workday functionality, technical troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer support. They will learn the principles of change management, documentation, and reporting while actively contributing to team goals and projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English – (some team members don’t speak Spanish)
  • Good communication & interpersonal Skills
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Strong interest in HR technology and a desire to develop expertise in Workday.

Please note that the duration of the internship will be 6 months and may be extended for an additional 6 months.
