The Young Talent Program of Thales Alenia Space is oriented towards the development of its participants offering them a full-time first contact with the labour market, in which 70% will be “on-the-company” experiences, 20% through feedback and relationships and the remaining 10% from formal training.   In Thales Alenia Space Spain everyone is unique, with different talents, goals and passions.

We are looking for young graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting or similar Bachelor degrees, who want to make the difference for Thales Alenia Space in Spain for the Finance and controlling department.

Training objectives:

• The opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills in Financial Reporting projects actually carried on such as financial cost management, yearly budgets, fiscal year-end reports, monthly Headcounts, budget monitoring, …

Candidates aptitudes:

• Desirable Master degree and extra-curricular achievements that reflect your proactive mindset and your ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities will be considered as an asset
• International or diverse cultural experiences will be valued. Experiences such as internships and volunteering abroad, exchange programs (Erasmus…), and additional learning programs.   
• Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.  
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment desirable
