Proposed training plan

- Shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.

- Update documentation and technical instruction according to the needs.

- Provide detailed information to be given to the design.

- Support the multi-functional team for the problem solving and improvement process.

- Manufacturing structure and process, associated documentations (work order, technical instruction, job card…), updated process.

- Manufacturing feedback (KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).

- Updated documentation, technical solution, improvement proposal and implementation."

- Work with the Material Review Board (MRB) in Maintenance task (MRO).

- Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs.

- Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.

- Product configuration awareness.

- Future business requirements.

- New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.
