Area: Final Assembly Line Light Transport Aircraft
To collaborate in:
- Implementation of Operations Excellence System (OES) at all levels of a production area: technical staff, operators and relevant stakeholders.
- Application of standards based on lean methodology.
- Technical support for improvement actions and projects.
- Leading the Lean group coordination meetings.
- Monitoring ongoing actions and evaluation of results obtained against those foreseen.
- Support teams according to the Digital Transformation.
