Area description

At Travel Seller Media, we provide targeted advertising solutions for airlines and destinations to reach travel agents, globally. Our team is responsible for the execution of strategies that effectively bring the Travel seller media products, for airlines and destinations, to market. 

Project description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our business performance and planning team in Travel Seller Media. 

This role offers valuable exposure to key sales-related internal processes, including pricing analysis and revisions, renewals support, and close collaboration with our sales specialist and sales representatives. The ideal candidate will support the sales function by ensuring timely and accurate execution of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of pricing to support competitive and profitable sales offers.

Support the renewals process by and facilitating timely communication with sellers.

Ensure sales force is updated.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to pricing, contract terms, or renewals.

Provide general administrative support to the business planning and performance team as needed. 

Accountabilities

Analytical skills

Excellent communication. Proficient in English.

Media knowledge is nice to have, but not a must.

Learning

Hands-on experience in a highly dynamic media team.

Exposure to strategic business operations and customer management.

Media arena and the management of a media product, from a financial-planification point of view. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Requirements

 

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English.

Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
