Send the invoices for approval process and assignment of the correct GL account
Post the approved invoices
Analyse and resolution of the open items in the vendor accounts
Payment of the posted invoices and the payment checks
Third Party Vendor Account Reconciliation
Affiliated companies reconciliation
Account Reconciliation (Transitory & GL)
Month End closing
IT skills
- Basic level and some experience in MS office tools, specially Excel
Execution of operational tasks regarding AP activities
Degree in Business Administration or comparable
Accounting
- Accounting background, Financial Accounting standards. Knowledge about the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other business processes.
IT skills
- Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI
- Basic level and some experience in MS office tools, specially Excel
Experience in accounting administrative tasks is desirable
