What profile is the company looking for?
  • University undergrade student pending Final project or University undergrade student pending 2 subject or University graduate or University postgraduate: Grado en Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales, Grado en Derecho, Grado en Dirección y Creación de Empresas
  • Language Competencies: level B2 of English.
Proposed training plan

The ideal candidate will assist the Neuromodulation Team to comply their business commitments by providing the administrative support needed. Candidate will work with autonomy, with limited supervision, following general instructions on the tasks, new assignments and priorities given, always in compliance with internal policies, guidelines and procedures. 

In this role you will support and collaborate with Iberia Neuromodulation business Team in activities related to:

  • Pending orders reporting discrepancies to reporting to the team and follow-ups quarterly among the direct sales team and agents in Iberia.
  • Back up position with Business Support to deliver the Commercial Offers process with the team, direct sales team and agents in Spain.
  • Management for local HealthCare Professionals (HCPs) interactions. Keeping close relation with key stakeholders of the IRF process. 
  • Organization and logistic of events & meetings (onsite and off-site). 
  • General amministrative & marketing activities.

What are we looking for:

  • Administrative studies. Graduates in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, Languages, Tourism or similar that wants to develop in an international Company.
  • Any previous short experience in service support-oriented roles will be considered a plus
  • Spanish and fluent English (B2 or higher level) is required.
  • Highly organized (meeting and event planning experiences will be valued). High attention to details
  • Problem-solving and customer-service focused
  • Good communication and good interpersonal skills 
  • Advanced level in use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
