Training objectives:

• To learn to manage service suppliers’ stock including spare part forecasting, ordering and returning with standardized actions, in order to maintain a healthy stock structure.
• To gain experience in coordinate with HQ and region team to manage spare parts delivery between suppliers and Huawei.
• Gain experience in auditing service suppliers’ spare part stock, recognize business risk in-time (such as spare part loss).
• To learn the payment process of spare part purchase from supplier to Huawei.
• To learn the refund process management from Huawei to retailers for DOA/DAP device.
