Proposed training plan

As a Communications Assistant, you will be working on cross-functional projects in close collaboration with all departments as well as with our European teams based in Dublin.  You will contribute to a variety of projects such as our employer brand, brand campaigns, the roll-out of our CSR and ED&I strategy.

YOUR MISSIONS

Digital communication

  • Animate Kellogg Spain's social media
  • Write posts and manage the editorial calendar to create relevant content for the different media
  • Publish posts and community management
  • Create visuals and videos for the different digital channels

PR and influence

  • Contribute to the creation of campaigns and elaborate messaging for corporate and brand stories
  • Create clippings and notes
  • Drive the press relations agency and manage transversal PR projects

Internal communication and employer brand

  • Write posts, create content, and animate our internal communications channels: yammer and teams
  • Create newsletters
  • Organize internal events (shootings, monthly townhall)
  • Contribute to the deployment of Kellogg Spain employer brand

The position is based in Madrid and open to remote.

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in marketing, communication, public relations, human resources, etc.
  • You have an interdisciplinary profile, you like to work in a team, you are able to adapt and accept changes and you are willing to learn.
  • Your English is fluent, both written and spoken.
  • You have strong writing skills and your analytical abilities, your curiosity, your interpersonal skills and your ability to innovate are among your assets.
  • You have an appetite for social networking and publishing.
  • You are familiar with visual creation software like Canva.
  • You want to invest in operational communication missions
  •
