Training objectives:

The Philip Morris Spain Retail Programs team carries out the deployment, analysis and improvement of programs, promotions and initiatives in direct channels (boutiques, pop-ups, corners) and indirect channels (tobacco). The intern will work closely with other team members and will collaborate and participate in:
 
• Sales reports and PPT presentations
• Information data analysis by point of sale
• Keep internal tools updated to ensure the correct implementation of programs, promotions and initiatives.
• Continuous communication and support to the Field Sales Force
• Apply your analysis to improve our business model

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a Retail Programs student within the Retail Activation department in Madrid who meets the following criteria:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • English level (at least level B2)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
  • A team player mentality and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Hungry to learn and determined to help our project
