Area description:
The Product, Partners and Templates Legal Team is a truly transversal enabler within Amadeus. We provide legal advice and ongoing support to projects across our organization. In particular, we provide Legal support in relation to the following:
New Products, from ideation to development to piloting to marketing to commercialization
Amadeus Partners – advising on partnership models and drafting, negotiating and finalizing Partnership contracts
Vendor management – managing relationships from a legal standpoint. and contracting with our network of vendors, including hardware, software and services vendors.
Templates – building template contracts to sell our products to our Airline and Airport customers.
Vision - advising on innovative capabilities that will form the future of Amadeus (e.g. Creation Platform)
The dynamic and varying needs of these areas are such that our tasks vary immensely from day to day!
We are creating new templates, reviewing service descriptions and facilitating their insertion in the wider Amadeus portfolio, we are drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, we liaise with the lawyers of specific transactions to determine the needs of the business, and much more.
Project description:
The intern will be involved with the following:
- New product support, including reviewing service descriptions, providing front line support and feedback to the lawyer in charge, and creating pilot agreements
- Support with drafting templates for the sale of our products to customers
- Support with the creation and updates of Partner and vendor templates, including coordination and liaising with privacy and security experts.
- Support with the day to day legal tasks in connection with Amadeus partnerships including reviewing and updating Partner templates alongside the lead lawyer.
Accountabilities:
To ensure new products are launched and brought to market in a way that considers and manages risks
To ensure the customer, partner and vendor template bank is up to date
To ensure our partner and vendor teams receive timely, constructive and accurate legal advice in connection with Amadeus partner and vendor relationships and contracts

Building relationships with internal stakeholders including senior teams.
Learnings from working alongside Privacy and Security teams

Identifying legal risks associated with IT products and services

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Team spirit and willingness to get involved

- Eye for detail
- Willingness to question, and question again (useful for Product work)
