We are looking for a passionate and data-driven self-starter for a 12-month sales program-oriented internship. As an intern in our Customer Success Organisation, you will support the Customer Success Management Strategic Program Manager with a set of tasks and projects to help facilitate generating new enhancements to our way of working in the entire EMEA CSM Organization. So this is a great opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic, international playing field.

Training objectives:

  • Familiarise it with reporting and data to identify triggers for customer touchpoints
  • To learn how to enhance current touchpoints and make them data-triggered
  • Gain experience in identifying potential process improvements and draft improvement proposals which will impact the entire VAM organization
  • To learn the VAM Strategic Program Manager in daily business
  • Gain experience a global perspective from the cooperation with different departments and international teams

Candidate´s aptitudes:

  • Comfortable with data and tools such as excel.
  • Analytical thinker, naturally curious is a plus
  • Project/time management, able to solve problems/meet goals.
  • Interest in the IT market and agile enough to adapt quickly
  • Strong communication skills: ability to work in virtual teams, ability to adapt to audience needs.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional fluency in other languages is a bonus and sought after.
