Proposed training plan

Philip Morris Spain is seeking talented people to join our Retail team based in Madrid. You will be part of a dynamic team who is responsible for supporting the local markets of the Iberian cluster in designing and implementing new retail structures that will support the growth of IQOS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in developing retail solutions to be used in the markets of the cluster.
  • Support the seasonal visual merchandising guidelines document release (VMG) by updating planograms for each space and market on the base of local input (team) and global directions. Ensure the correct planogram implementation within the channels by visiting points of sale and reporting current status implementation (photos / feedback).
  • Update the key visuals spaces report (KV) by adding new spaces available (light box, pictures frames) and their size, checking dimensions directly with suppliers. Prepare the agency briefing document for new adaptations requests on the base of the campaign input.
  • Monitor the production and delivery of the produced materials for the markets.
  • Follow-up the Point of Sale material production, delivery monitoring and efficiency tracking.
  • Follow up the daily operations of an ad-hoc experience project (HUB / Festivals): materials’ orders agreed (PO’s), materials placement at location, materials stock at warehouse.
