About the GAIA program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6-12 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online master degree, validated and recognized by Universidad de Alcalá de Henares and Fundación Universidad Empresa.

To further strengthen our team based in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Support Intern with the following accountabilities:

• Analysis and monitoring of our 3rd parties KPIs.
• Continuous communication with our Call Center agents in order to implement PMIs procedures.
• Data analysis of information per point of sale.
• Apply your analysis to train department’s stakeholders to improve our commercial model.

You are a problem solver, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and help PMI sales force to unsmoke our country. Who we’re looking for:

• University degree, preferred in Business Administration, mathematics, statistics, engineering.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a curious mind
• A team player with a go-getter attitude
• Analytical skills
• EU Work Permit
