Responsibilities:


Philip Morris Spain is looking for a talented candidate to join our Brand Engagement team based in Barcelona.

As a Brand Activation intern, you will collaborate in the strategic oversight of the creation and execution of brand experiences, such as activations in HORECA (food and beverage), music festivals, our own and third-party events, and motorsports events.
As content creators, our goal is to bring the brand closer to our consumers.
• Support the development and execution of the IQOS Summer 2025 plan on the Costa Brava
• Collaborate in brand positioning negotiations for the Cap Roig Festival
• Assist in supervising the installation and implementation of a pop-up boutique within a strategic Summer Market in the region
• Conduct market visits in the area with the sales team as part of the summer activation plan
• Develop and implement "Drive-to-Store" strategies for the pop-up store
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to experiential dinners held in the area

Who we're looking for
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
• Excellent level of Spanish and English (C1), both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PPT).
• Creative and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team spirit skills.
• Eager to learn.
