Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Internship

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and good organizational skills. This position will be in Madrid but will impact the full organization and will offer the opportunity of an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Recruitment assistance, from A to Z.
    • Profile definition
    • Sourcing via social media
    • Screen applications, assessing their potential using the latest tools and technologies
    • Organise and conduct candidate interviews
    • Collaborate with the hiring manager and HRBP to prepare the final contract proposal.
    • Manage the full process under ATS and promote the use of the tool with Hiring managers.
  • Participate in recruitment events as with universities.
  • Supporting the Employer Branding Development.
  • Support n New HR tools implementation.
  •  Assist in Training plan development.
  • Support on Health and Safety Administration.
  • ad hoc support for the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements: -

  • Be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications, or a master's degree in HR
  • We are looking for someone flexible, and a team player with an international mindset.
  • Good communication skills with fluent English (C1 level).
  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Multitasking and goals oriented
  • Good Organizational skills
