Area description:
The EMEA Events team is part of the Global Events Team within the Corporate Marketing and Communications function. Our role is to ensure we provide a common framework and approach to Amadeus Events, project managing events and giving consultancy when required to grant One Amadeus experience across the board. The team is composed by a group of experienced Event Professionals, and part of the duties is as well being in touch with the MICE industry to be up to date with the latest trends and foster relationships with suppliers and providers that can match Amadeus requirements.

Project description:
The intern will work alongside a group of expert event managers in the design and preparation of events in the EMEA region for the different Business Units of Amadeus. They will have to assist with the management of the event management tool, delegate management, power point presentations and project management leading to the events.

- Learn how to translate into an event the marketing and sales objectives of our internal stakeholders to contribute to the business growth.
- Learn how to liaise with internal stakeholders of various seniority levels and external stakeholders
- Will get familiarized with event project management, RFP processes, delegate management and delegate management tools
- Experience the environment in a global multinational.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish. French is a plus
- Skills in design (Adobe suite) and Microsoft office, specially powerpoint
- Teamwork spirit
- Interest in the Event industry and Marketing
