Revenue Management & Collection teams play a crucial role in Amadeus by performing Consulting during contract negotiation (i.e, advice on new products pricing models), Contract management, implementation and follow up, Ordering for Travel Channels products, Billing and revenue recognition, Analysis on billing and collection, Internal and external partner support.

The intern will be working for Travel sellers segmentation under revenue management, specifically under the Global business travel team. The team is mainly dedicated to contract fulfillment duties for large business travel agencies.

Accountabilities

Gathering data, communication between team members, and external teams. Compiling data from SAP, Power BI, QLIK etc. Presenting findings to the customer and the team. Elaborating reports on a monthly basis and consequently doing the billing for each of these customers. Allocate and calculate accruals for each of their customers.

Learning: 

Data entry in SAP. internal customer service, invoicing, month-end deadlines and processes. Organization of a revenue management and collection department in a technological company. End-to-end billing process exposure. This includes generating invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.

Requirements: 

Excel to handle billing data and calculations. Detail oriented and interested in learning. Communication skills, no problem talking to anyone in the organization if needed be. Proactive and positive minded.
