Area description:
The internship will be developed in the ESG OFFICE at Amadeus. We are a small department in the CEO Office that defines and monitor the execution of Amadeus sustainability ambition. That includes leading, coordinating and supporting initiatives to foster the company environmental sustainability, drive social impact (eg through volunteering activities, accessibility, and social innovation).
Project description:
The internship will support the development of the ESG communication plan, which aims at creating awareness and engagement from all Amadeus employees worldwide. For it, we will design and execute communication campaigns, write articles, design social media posts, and prepare contest, quizzes and presentations. There is a very important part of project management, because we will be coordinating with other people at Amadeus who communicate about ESG topics in their specific regions or business units.
Additionally, this role will play an important role on training administration, becoming the owners to organise and monitor trainings on the ESG area, and identify training opportunities.
Accountabilities:
- Design communication campaigns
- Write articles about our main initiatives
- Create presentations in PowerPoint
- Create banners and visual elements for impactful communication
- Maintaining and populating our channels
- Multimedia content development is a plus
- Copywriting
- Organising teamwork to co-create communication pieces, propose activities to gather feedback and follow up its implementation
- Creating training sessions in our online learning management system (workday)
- Following up KPIs and dashboards

Requirements:
- English mother tongue or bilingual ideal, proficiency mandatory.
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel: advanced use mandatory.
- Knowledge of SharePoint useful.
- Community management notions useful.
- Use of designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and/or Canva + Adobe Premiere or any other video editing tool is useful
- Teamwork, interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
- Time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills, written and oral, are part of the day to day of this role.
