This role will be based in our office in Girona, Spain.
The Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who can work well as part of a team as well as individually. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for helping the Marketing Manager with a range of projects, such as developing marketing collateral, web, video, design, presentations, communications, copywriting, etc. Successfull candidates will have strong organisational skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Help with planning and creating a range of marketing, sales, corporate and training videos
• Help with email campaign building and delivery
• Assist with planning, creating and delivering various marketing campaigns
• Input into updating website content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support day-to-day deliverables and provide input on projects
• Collaborate with our digital agencies to create blogs, designs and marketing collateral
• Assist with internal communications
• Assist with clerical and administrative duties; build reports
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Undergraduate studying Marketing, Business or similar
• Fluency in English
• Spanish beneficial but not essential
• IT proficient
• Video editing skills and knowledge of digital media software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Indesign) is a plus
• Comfortable with web-based marketing platforms and collaborative tools
• Ability to work to deadlines

Conditions
· Start date would be as soon as possible.
· Be enrolled in the Erasmus program.
· No remote working.
· Minimum 6-month placement period but preferably 12 months.
· Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9-2, 3-6 and Friday 9-2.30pm (37.5 hours)
· The student will have an official work contract with IREP during the placement period
· Students normally receive an ERASMUS grant but in addition we provide a monthly salary of 500 EUR
· Assistance to set up bank account and obtaining Spanish National Insurance number (NIE)
· The student will be covered by the Company Liability Insurance while working in the office
· The student must be a European citizen to legally work in Spain
