What you will do with us
- Support the HR Business Partner team to deliver the HR calendar of activities and priorities such as Resourcing, L&D, Headcount, Performance and Talent, Reward, Learning and Development.
- Build relationships with business leaders to partner on the provision of people activities and continuously improving them for the area. You will act as a HR point of contact to provide support and guidance to the business function.
- Lead on a HR project for the area
What you will need for the role
- Fluent in English
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
It would be great if you had
- Microsoft office skills (mainly Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
