The internship is proposed in the cytric solution business unit.

In this area, we aim at transforming the digital Travel & Expense experience by building the smartest, most connected, and sustainable corporate travel ecosystem. We enable the Travel Agencies and the corporations to book their business trips and claim their business expenses according to their preferences and policy.

We have an ambitious growth that will be achievable thanks to a strong partner network that will enable to scale commercially and operationally.

Project Description

The intern will work in the Partner Consultancy Services team which is part of the operations department of the cytric solution business unit. This team is the operational privileged point of contact for our Partners. We are aiming at developing a positive experience by building an “operational relationship”, offer the best-in-class consultancy service and empower the Partners to become autonomous with the highest expertise of our solutions.

The intern will learn how to monitor Customer Operations Service Performance by providing Implementation Consultancy Services, propose learning path and/or providing product upskill sessions, share reports regarding the customer KPIs (evolution of the number of systems, transactions, questions raised, etc.).

The Customer Operations Team is also playing a key role during the test and pilot phase of a new feature or content. They support the product and serviceability team with the creation of the process (including documentation) and validation (test) of the feature or content to be released.

The Intern will have the possibility to interact with our partners, customers, and different Amadeus departments (Commercial, Delivery, Serviceability, Learning, Support, Product, etc.).

Accountabilities: 

  • Build a long-term operational relationship with the Service Partners by understanding their organizations, businesses, and needs.
  • Become a functional expert by providing new onboarding, proactive and best-in-class implementation consulting, promoting easy deployments and new features/content released.
  • Guarantee the Customer Operations service excellence (implementation consultancy, integration, support, and learning) and monitor the Service Partner performances.
  • Be informed about Partners’ challenges, new customers (Travel Agencies or Corporations) to implement and work with them on a solution.
  • Continue to gain knowledge of the travel industry, and Cytric Travel & Expense.

  • Become a customer centric person and acquire the ‘problem solving’ skills.

Requirements: 

  • Have completed degree in economy, business administration or business management.
  • English fully mastered (written & spoken), another language is a plus (Spanish, French, German, etc.).
  • Knowledge or interest in basic XML programming to better understand the product.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Team player willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Customer centric, problem-solving minded and driving for results attitude.

Please note that the duration of the internship will be 6 months and may be extended for an additional 6 months.
