Position: Mobility & Convenience – Business Operations Trainee (Iberia)
🌟 What We Offer
Join bp’s Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Operations team and gain first-hand experience in one of the company’s most strategic business growth initiatives: the expansion of our DODO dealer network, bringing 60 new sites into our national footprint between 2025 and 2026.
As part of a high-performing team, you will be directly involved in supporting business growth and network development activities—working closely with Retail Territory Managers (RTMs), internal departments, and external partners. This internship will provide exposure to commercial operations, project coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
Through this hands-on internship, you will:

Assist in streamlining internal operational processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Support coordination and communication with retail partners and key stakeholders.

Enable RTMs to focus on strategic initiatives such as field visits, contract negotiations, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Contribute to the implementation of growth projects and help monitor progress across the expanding dealer network.
🔍 Who We’re Looking For

Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for business challenges.

Interest in sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Intermediate level of English (B2); Spanish proficiency is required.

Knowledge of Excel and data tools will be highly valued.
