Within the Legal, External Affairs and Governance function under the General Counsel, M&A deals with the Sales and Acquisition transactions the Company is dealing with
Project description:
A recent graduate of a Master of Laws will receive practical and highly relevant legal counseling training while supporting Amadeus' Legal M&A team. See Accountabilities section for further details
Accountabilities:
The Intern will work with the M&A team and broader legal and business teams to generally, assist in the M&A projects (drafting, communications, analyzing specific topics or aspects).
Learning:
- Work as member of an in-house legal department and be part of a highly motivated team
- Navigate a global business and multicultural environment
- Structure and communicate legal information clearly and effectively to commercial teams
- Work with a transversal team including commercial, finance, M&A and Human Resources, among others
- Develop and execute skills on drafting and negotiation
Requirements:
- Educational focus, or demonstrated interest in, corporate and commercial law
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork spirit and good communication skills
- Organized and structured person
- High attention to detail
- Eager to learn; positive attitude
