Amadeus Business Resilience Office provides the organization with the mechanisms and tools to anticipate, prepare for respond and adapt to any disruptive event that could adversely impact any of our sites or business functions.
Project description:
The Amadeus Operational Resilience team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to enhance, manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce.com instance and learn about the area.
Accountabilities:
- Key contributor to the design, customization, and automation of Amadeus’ FUSION Risk Management Salesforce instance..
- Support in the optimization and enhancements of systems and processes, leveraging Salesforce automation tools, like Flow, to do so.
- Involvement in cross-functional problem-solving, solution development, user acceptance testing, and deployment
- Support in gathering requirements from areas of the business including Business Continuity, IT Controls, Risk Management, and Privacy to design solutions that fit our business needs.
- Provision licenses and permissions to end users across the different areas.
- Develop and maintain release schedules and calendars.
- Support the team with business continuity tasks related to Amadeus sites and offices.
Learning:
- Gain knowledge of the business and some areas working with some sites on Business Continuity tasks.
- Gain experience in Salesforce system.
- Gain experience with release management tools.
- Gather understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Ability to engage and work closely with business owners to meet their demands.
- Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and appropriately validate/test your work.
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to collaborate and problem-solve cross-functionally at all levels.
- Curiosity around the capabilities of the Salesforce environment.
