Area description:
The Competitive Intelligence team caries out three main activities:
1) we look at the industry and try to see how it is evolving leveraging Amadeus data and Annual reports;
2) We structure the understanding that management has of the ecosystem to find out key trends;
3) we put ourselves in the shoes of our competitors’ CEOs to try to understand what they might be up to. It’s a pretty broad job that gives a good understanding of Amadeus and where it stands in the ecosystem.
Project description:
Support senior CI Manager (i) to build a monthly report that tracks the travel industry evolution (ii.) follow investor calls from competitors and produce an analysis (iii) ad-hoc strategic projects on the industry
Accountabilities:
Produce reports, data management, summaries on trends, market research, financial analysis
Learning:
- Learn how to structure monthly travel recovery dashboard and quarterly investor relation analysis
- Learn to find the right information in large data set
- Learn to structure information for top management
- Understand the travel industry
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Power point, excel, outlook
- Financial knowledge (P&L, basic balance sheet and cash flow statement items)
