PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Alstom in collaboration with “Fundación Universidad-Empresa” offers 45 interns positions, 12 months full day based in its Spanish offices of Madrid’s and Barcelona’s areas in collaboration with Fundación Universidad Empresa.
Once achieved with success the selection process, you will benefit from an in-house integration program which aims is to get yourself familiarized with the culture of Alstom and its values. During this stage, your assigned tutor will set you specific objectives of your project within Alstom. Those objectives will be periodically reviewed and evaluated at the end of the year through a formal presentation to the Alstom Top Management. During the year you will participate to several trainings and meetings with Senior Managers of the Company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Engineer in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, Industrial design, Mathematics, Civil engineer, Physics, Engineer specialized in automatics, Environmental Science, EHS Master Quality and Management Master, Human Resources and Communication.
- Excellent academicals results
- International experience valuable (Erasmus, summer courses…)
- High level of English & Spanish (C1), a 3rd language is valued.
- Mastering Excel and high level of MS Office
- Interested to develop your career in an international environment
- National and international mobility
- Great interpersonal communication skills, team player eager to learn
- Availability for full time internships starting November 13th 2017
