Training objectives:

  • To learn the organization and management of internal and external training courses (room management, online links, annual planning, participant management)
  • Familiarise with the management with Tripartita and FUNDAE
  • To acquire knowledge of the Internal Development area such as: Internal reports, Employee tracking, Answer Employees questions, Contact and update with HQ and region
  • To gain experience in general HR Admin task

Candidates desire qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented, specifically with documentation
  • Be proficient in using office software (Excel, Power Point, Word...)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
