DESCRIPTION:
The Program aims to standardize the way of working of LH Entities in 29 countries in Middle East and Africa, including business processes, tools and master data.
The program started early 2016 and it is foreseen to last 4 years
We are searching for several positions in the different streams of the project (Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Project Management, Procurement,,)
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trainee will provide support to the designated area of the Program in the following tasks:
- Prepare relevant documentation for the different phases of the program, including training materials, presentations, test scripts and follow up on action logs
- Support testing and/or training activities
- Track the progress of the relevant area against the agreed plan, including follow up of pending actions and handover of deliverables
- Support on the preparation of the reports to ensure progress of the stream in the Program
- Support on the execution of administrative processes
