We're looking for a fresh graduate, who's going to learn to manage the next duties:
- Support on reviewing local accounting and reporting where prepared by the outsourced asset managers
- Support on coordinating local accounting for Sonnedix España and two operational companies with the outsourced accounting provider
- Support on coordinating local audit work for the Sonnedix Companies audit review
- Support on ensuring tax compliance for Sonnedix companies
- Support on preparing loan compliance reports and ensuring debt service payments are paid
- Support on preparing monthly reporting for Sonnedix Companies
- Help in Administrative functions
- Help in M&A process
- Help in several specific accounting/tax treatments
- Excellent English both written and verbal
- Excellent Excel skills
