Position: M&C Marketing – MAPS (Marketing Activations and Promotions at Sites) Trainee

🌟 What We Offer

Join bp’s Mobility & Convenience (M&C) Marketing team and step into a strategic role supporting promotional campaigns at bp service stations across Spain. You’ll work alongside the MAPS team to help coordinate marketing activations and manage materials in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and franchise sites.

Through this hands-on experience, you will:

  • Assist in executing the annual Convenience promotional plan.

  • Analyze monthly campaigns and coordinate design updates with our creative hub in India.

  • Review and validate promotional copy, offers, and creative assets.

  • Coordinate with print and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.

  • Collaborate with digital signage partners to manage in-store content.

  • Communicate with service station partners to explain promotional initiatives.

  • Support the Grocery Partnership marketing strategy and contribute to logistics planning.

  • Participate in creative briefings and help solve site-specific promotional challenges.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For
  • Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or Linguistics (Translation, Philology, etc.).

  • Proactive individuals eager to learn and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives.

  • Enthusiasts for sustainability, teamwork, and dynamic environments.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).

  • Bonus: Knowledge of design or project management tools is valued.
