- Support the develop and implement high impact employee development strategies to improve the organization's capability to drive and deliver business results and boost individual performance leveraging contemporary L&D approaches and solutions
- Support designing and deployment of customized development solutions to accelerate growth of PMI talents and address critical development needs.
- Support COD Team in Learning & Development related project involving leading external vendors, internal SME , global L&D team and LMS to leverage the most contemporary knowledge and expertise.
